Welcome to Denes Anna Design! We want to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Because our products are custom-made upon order, please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
⚙️ 1. Processing & Fulfillment Time
Every product you order is printed and crafted on demand just for you.

Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your custom apparel and products.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, fulfillment may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
Note: Fulfillment time is separate from shipping/transit time.
🚚 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Once your order has been carefully printed and packed, it is handed over to a courier. Delivery times depend entirely on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

Domestic Shipping: 3–6 business days

International Shipping: 6–15 business days (depending on destination country)
Estimated Delivery Date: Total delivery time = Fulfillment time + Shipping time.
📍 3. Tracking Your Order
The moment your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
🌍 4. Customs, Duties, and International Taxes
For international orders, packages may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees levied by your country’s customs authority.

The recipient is fully responsible for paying any customs duties or handling fees charged at delivery.
❌ 5. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
❓ Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking link shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your property or with neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier directly. If a package is genuinely lost in transit by the carrier, please reach out to us at support@denesannadesign.com within 20 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will gladly arrange a replacement for you.
