Digital Downloads – Refund & Return Policy

For the products sold in this shop that are digital files (for example, sewing patterns and seamless repeat designs).
Once your purchase is completed, you receive instant access to download your files.

Because digital content cannot be physically returned, I do not offer refunds or exchanges after the files have been downloaded, unless there is a problem with the product itself.

If you experience any issue with your download or if a file is damaged, missing elements, or does not open correctly, please contact me within 14 days of purchase.
I will gladly repair, replace, or resend the correct files at no additional cost.

Before completing your order, please confirm that:

  • you understand this is a digital download (no physical item will be shipped), and

  • by starting the download, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law for digital content.

🚫 Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges

Because we do not hold inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection. Please refer carefully to the size charts provided on each product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order! If there is an issue with your item, we will gladly make it right. You are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • There is a noticeable printing error or misalignment.

  • You received the wrong item, size, or design compared to what you ordered.

📋 How to File a Claim

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 20 days of the delivery date so we can resolve it quickly.

To start a claim, please email us at support@denesannadesign.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A clear photo(s) showing the printing issue, damage, or the wrong item received.

Note: Please do not mail items back to the return address on the package without contacting us first. Doing so may delay or void your replacement or refund process.
